Title: So many small bodies, so many telescopes: The formation and evolution of our Solar System
When: Tuesday, April 1, 12p.
Where: B305, PAB | Zoom

Abstract:
The small bodies of our Solar System provide numerous hints to the formation and evolution of our Solar System through their dynamics, compositions, shapes, sizes, and behaviors. In my research group we are carrying out a range of projects in which we are studying small bodies throughout the Solar System, using telescopes all over the Earth and in space. In this talk I will present some highlights from a number of ongoing projects, including a special emphasis on SNAPS – the Solar System Notification Alert Processing System — which is a downstream alert broker for ZTF and, soon, LSST moving objects.

Don’t Miss Out!
Attend the talk: Bring your curiosity (and maybe a coffee ☕).
Meet the speaker: Grab a slot – because great collaborations start with “Hey, what’s that asteroid doing?”

Hope to see you there!
